The customer can make an immediate booking via the appropriate forms on the individual flat pages or by sending an availability request via the form on the CONTACTS page.

Online payment by credit card:
Online payment by credit card of the total amount of the stay is always possible but is compulsory for bookings of 2 nights or for arrivals expected in less than 30 days from the booking date (“Last Minute“).
Following the booking request, all necessary instructions for making the payment via the pay-by-link service will be sent automatically by email.

Offline payment by bank transfer:
Offline payment by bank transfer is only possible for bookings of more than 2 nights and for arrivals expected more than 30 days after the booking date.
The reservation can only be accepted and considered definitively valid upon receipt of the total amount of the stay or even by sending a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit within 1 working day of sending the reservation request; in the latter case, the balance of the stay must be paid within 30 days of the expected date of arrival.
Following the booking request, all necessary instructions for making the offline payment by bank transfer will be sent automatically by email.

Security deposit:
A deposit of €300.00 is required by the check-in date (by bank transfer or credit card), which will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, less any damage charges.

• If the customer cancels at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount paid will be refunded;
• If the customer makes a cancellation less than 30 days before arrival date (check-in), any amount paid will be retained and the customer may use it for a future reservation;
• For cancellations requested after arrival (check-in), the remaining nights may not be refunded.
